You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials related to our services.
4. Payments & Fees
Fees and payment terms will be defined in the project proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Payments must be made on time; late payments may result in suspension of services or additional charges.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of business.
Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Techko is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free deliverables, though we strive for the highest quality.
7. Third-Party Services
Our services may include integrations with third-party tools or platforms.
Techko is not responsible for the availability, reliability, or security of third-party services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the project agreement.
Techko reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website with the effective date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
